'amara ghoda griva na phiraya urdhve nahi caya
tate ghodara mulya ghati karite na yuyaya'
SYNONYMS
amara ghodamy horses; grivathe neck; na phirayado not turn; urdhveupward; nahi cayado not look; tatebecause of this; ghodara mulyathe price of the horse; ghati kariteto reduce; na yuyayais not proper.
TRANSLATION
"Gopinatha Pattanayaka said, 'My horses never turn their necks or look upward. Therefore the price for them should not be reduced.'
