নিজ-নেত্র - দুই ভৃঙ্গ - মুখপদ্মে দিলা ॥ ৫৩ ॥

nija-netra-dui bhrṅga-mukha-padme dila
haridasa-Thakura Haridasa; nija-agrete-in front of himself; prabhure vasaila-made the Lord sit down; nija-netra-his eyes; dui bhrṅga-as if two bumblebees; mukha-padme-on the lotus face; dila-he fixed.
Haridasa Thakura made Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu sit down in front of him, and then he fixed his eyes, like two bumblebees, on the lotus face of the Lord.
