rajno sammata-vrttinam
vidveso balavan abhut
SYNONYMS
evamthus; sandahyamananamof the queens, who were constantly burning in lamentation; sapatnyahof the co-wife Krtadyuti; putra-sampadadue to the opulence of a son; rajnahby the King; asammata-vrttinamnot being very much favored; vidvesahenvy; balavanvery strong; abhutbecame.
TRANSLATION
Sri Sukadeva Gosvami continued: Being neglected by their husband and seeing Krtadyutis opulence in possessing a son, Krtadyutis co-wives always burned in envy, which became extremely strong.
