SYNONYMS
panca-vidha rasafive kinds of mellows; santaneutrality; dasyaservitorship; sakhyafriendship; vatsalyapaternal affection; madhurasweet; namanamed; srngara-rasathe conjugal mellow; sabateamong all of them; prabalyapredominant.
TRANSLATION
"There are five transcendental mellows-neutrality, servitorship, friendship, paternal affection and conjugal love, which is also known as the mellow of sweetness. Conjugal love excels all others.
