iccha-sakti-pradhana krsna--icchaya sarva-karta
jnana-sakti-pradhana vasudeva adhisthata
SYNONYMS
iccha-saktiof willpower; pradhanapredominator; krsnaLord Krsna; icchayasimply by willing; sarva-kartathe creator of everything; jnana-sakti-pradhanathe predominator of the power of knowledge; vasudevaLord Vasudeva; adhisthatareservoir.
TRANSLATION
"The predominator of the willing potency is Lord Krsna, for by His supreme will everything comes into existence. In willing, there is a need for knowledge, and that knowledge is expressed through Vasudeva.
