jala-dasyu-bhaye sei yavana calila
dasa nauka bhari' bahu sainya sange nila
SYNONYMS
jala-dasyu-bhayebecause of fearing pirates; seithat; yavanaMohammedan governor; calilawent along; dasa nauka bhari'-filling ten boats; bahumany; sainyasoldiers; sangewith him; nilatook.
TRANSLATION
The Mohammedan governor then personally accompanied Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Because of pirates, the governor took ten boats, which were full with many soldiers.
