ganga-tire 'yamuna-pulina' jnana kaila
SYNONYMS
sri-ramadasa-adiheaded by Sri Ramadasa; gopathe cowherd boys; prema-avista hailabecame absorbed in ecstatic love; ganga-tirethe bank of the Ganges River; yamuna-pulinathe bank of the Yamuna River; jnana kailathey thought.
TRANSLATION
All the confidential devotees who were cowherd boys, headed by Sri Ramadasa, were absorbed in ecstatic love. They thought the bank of the Ganges to be the bank of the Yamuna.
