antare mumuksu tenho, vidya-garvavan
sarva-citta-jnata prabhu--sarvajna bhagavan
SYNONYMS
antarewithin his heart; mumuksudesiring liberation; tenhohe; vidya-garvavanvery proud of his learning; sarva-citta-jnataone who knows the heart of everyone; prabhuSri Caitanya Mahaprabhu; sarva-jna bhagavanthe omniscient Supreme Personality of Godhead.
TRANSLATION
Within his heart, Ramadasa Visvasa was an impersonalist who desired to merge into the existence of the Lord, and he was very proud of his learning. Being the omniscient Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu can understand the heart of everyone, and thus He knew all these things.
